Rare enough to mention it, this game allows not being permanently locked in a cage. But the ones trying to keep this "natural freedom" have to pay for it! In particular when, on the same day, MC has an unavoidable encounterwith an agressor stealing ALL his money, meaning that he is not in a position to refuse to wear the cage from now on. Also meaning he will have to wear the cage at least during working hours, triggering some events not leaving him much of a choice. Apart from the fact that the feminization routes is deemed to be submissive. I don't know if becoming a woman makes mandatory to become submissive, probably not in my opinion. But being a proud man requires at least honesty. And this, the dev hasn't. And don't tell me that you planned it for my own good, you cheater.
