In a world once shared by four great races, the human leader, driven by his short lifespan compared to other races, was swayed by a mysterious woman to launch a holy war. This war ultimately led humans to dominate the world, while the elven race was nearly wiped out. In the centuries following the holy war, humans established a belief system centered around the "Holy Church" and the "Saint," solidifying their rule in the "Holy Capital."
