The game is quite limited. It has sounds ans music but no voice over or moans. In the screenshots we see the only image that exists in it, which is a garden and the two characters in the foreground. You have a menu where you can choose to proceed or rest or try to have sex. When you select forward, a letter appears on the screen saying what happened. You read that you encountered a monster and killed it and lost some hit points. Sometimes you find a trap which is when the girl is forced to show something to the MC. then we see a still image of her showing her panties and you can click on her vagina or her breasts. It doesn't have much animation. You go up her stitches and then you can take off her panties, have sex, etc. The game is not badly made, but it is very monotonous and repetitive. I suggest leaving it aside and downloading "Imouto! Life ~Fantasy~" which has some elements in common with this one but is infinitely wider and better.
