Bad Mother, Good Whore

I quite don't understand the good mark of this game: this is a semi open world extremely narrow as of now, there is not even an action available to pass time (which makes passing time on weekends impossible, but going straight to bed during early morning). Not much to do but to follow daily activities: go to work, get back home, masturbate, wait until bed time and restart the next day, until something finally happens when you reach enough repetitions. Unless it changes radically, I'm not sure to follow its evolution.
