The game has music and sound effects. The few sound effects in the sex scenes are bad. There is no menu with auto, skip etc. The UI is extremely ugly. The map of the house where you walk is also ugly. You walk with the keyboard or mouse. The dialogues are completely shallow and poorly done. They don't look like people.
